We'll look at the classical systems of yoga:

devotional, doing good deeds or combinations thereof
The Processes of Cosmic Manifestation - where yoga and science
meet.
Plus Ayurveda fundamentals - knowledge for a healthy life.
The
Yoga Sutras 1. Super-conscious states and how to experience our pure essence.
The
Yoga Sutras 2. Spiritual practice, the eight limbs of yoga.
The
Yoga Sutras continued - insights and the culmination of practice
Interested participants will be
offered yogic practice techniques
as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda and Kriya Yoga
initiation.
Review of Kriya Techniques
The
Shandilya Upanishad and/or The Bhagavad Gita
A look at the inner meaning within this classic allegory
The Seeker of knowledge meets the ever-present radiance of the
infinite.
Meet at the parking lot across from Neighborhood Yoga at
6:45am for car pool with Kent.
