Foundations of Yoga class held at Neighborhood Yoga in Boone, NC.

In the spirit of non-attachement we celebrated not in study but in
creative expression in the form of a 4'x8' freestyle painting, cut & pasting,
colored penciling, magic marking, finger painting art project sending love,
peace, truth, goodness & freedom into the universe.
